Refund Policy
Effective date: May 14, 2026. This policy describes how nodevera handles subscription payments, payment mistakes and refund reviews.
Subscription billing
Plans are activated after payment verification. Fees buy access for the selected service period and request quota. Unused request quota does not roll over unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Refund eligibility
- Unpaid or canceled orders do not require refunds because no plan is activated.
- If nodevera cannot provide service after a correctly paid and verified order, operations may offer a refund, service credit or manual extension.
- Refunds are not normally provided for customer-side integration errors, wrong endpoint usage, exhausted quotas, abandoned accounts or violation-related suspensions.
Crypto payment mistakes
Wrong-chain payments, wrong-token payments, underpayments, expired-order payments, duplicate transaction submissions and transfers to an incorrect address may require manual review. Recovery is not guaranteed and may be impossible depending on chain behavior and custody constraints.
How to request review
Submit the account email, order ID, network, transaction hash, paid amount and a short explanation through the support form. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords.
Processing
Approved refunds or credits may require identity, wallet and transaction verification. Network fees, provider fees, compliance costs and operational costs may be deducted where applicable.
