Terms of Service
Effective date: May 14, 2026. These terms govern access to nodevera websites, customer console, payment flows and managed blockchain RPC API services.
Service scope
nodevera provides a managed access layer for TRON, Ethereum and Solana RPC APIs. The service includes API keys, IP allowlists, request quota tracking, payment order verification and basic operational support. The service does not custody customer funds, manage private keys or provide wallet signing services.
Account responsibility
- You must keep account credentials, authenticator codes, API keys and allowlisted infrastructure secure.
- You are responsible for all traffic sent with your API key and from your allowlisted IP addresses.
- You must provide accurate billing, contact and technical information when requested for service delivery or abuse review.
API access
API access is activated after payment verification or manual operational approval. nodevera may apply rate limits, suspend abusive traffic, rotate upstream providers or adjust routing to protect service stability. Unless a separate written enterprise agreement exists, public website materials do not create a guaranteed SLA.
Payments and activation
Subscription orders require payment of the exact USDT amount to the specified deposit address on the selected network. A plan is activated only after the transaction status, recipient, asset and amount can be verified by nodevera systems or operations staff.
Suspension and termination
nodevera may suspend or disable access for abuse, fraud, legal risk, payment issues, security incidents, attempts to bypass quota controls or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service at any time, but paid billing periods are governed by the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
Blockchain networks and third-party RPC providers can be delayed, unavailable or inconsistent. nodevera is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and is not responsible for losses caused by wallet mistakes, wrong-chain transfers, private key compromise, smart contract risk, market volatility or external provider outages.
